Delivery & Return Policy
At Innatus USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or clearance-sale reasons. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us before sending it back.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@innatus-us.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
